Anna is a founding partner of Ewins & Winby, delivering a comprehensive solution to clients who are implementing business transformations requiring strategic change. They guide enterprise leaders through each step of the change process, from developing the vision and organizational readiness for change, to building the commitment and competencies required to sustain the change. Their clients have included Chevron, Blue Shield of California, California State Automobile Association, HP, Kaiser Permanente, Sun Microsystems and Stanford University. Anna brings to her practice a powerful combination of strategic business perspective and deep understanding of organizational behavior. Her two decades of consulting and management experience have included serving as senior manager with Ernst & Young, as partner with Global Accelerator, a consulting and investment firm for high technology start-ups, and as organization development consultant with two Fortune 500 companies. Her formal education includes a Ph.D. in Psychology (organizational focus), an M.Phil in Microbial Genetics and a B.Sc. in Life Sciences.
Bob Gifford, Affiliate
Bob has 25 years of developing strategies and business plans to create business value through the use of information technology. He began his consulting career with Deloitte Consulting, and has held various senior positions in Axiom Management Consulting, Cambridge Technology Partners and Novell Consulting. Bob has consulted for health care organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, MD Anderson and the Mayo Clinic, and high-tech manufacturing companies such as Honeywell, Textron and Lockheed Martin. He has a degree in Physics from UCLA and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University.
Wolf Liebchen, Affiliate
Wolf Liebchen is the founder of GREEN WOLF Supply Chain & Sustainability, a consulting practice aimed at helping customers to determine and reduce their supply chain carbon footprint. This includes strategic supply chain decisions, tactical efficiency enhancements, project management, and customer training/ workshops. Over the last 17 years, he has worked in a variety of areas, including OEM's (Minolta), third party logistics providers (DHL, Horizon), and consulting, both in Europe and in the US. He has closely worked with customers in telecommunications (Ericsson, Nokia, Lucent, Motorola), semiconductors (Intel, KLA-Tencor), and hi-tech (Cisco, IBM, HP, Philips, Xerox). Wolf’s deep global supply chain experience includes transportation, warehousing, reverse logistics, RFQ management, and lead logistics provider solutions. Additionally, he is a sustainability pioneer, especially in the field of carbon emissions calculation, where he was named co-inventor on a patent for a transport emissions calculator. Wolf has a degree, comparable to a Masters, in Business from the University of Bamberg, Germany.
Jonathan Lipsitz, Affiliate
Jonathan is a founding partner of Primehaven Consulting Group. He specializes in developing and deploying strategies to help companies maximize their potential based on the appropriate exploitation of technologies and business processes. Jonathan has recently been heavily focused on the use of AVL/GPS technologies to improve companies’ bottom line and create greener fleets. This includes identifying ways to improve fleet performance, calculating the financial and environmental benefits, and assisting in the deployment the best technologies and business processes to meet a client’s specific needs. Prior to joining Primehaven, he worked at Cambridge Technology Partners in a variety of roles, both in the US and UK. Jonathan has been published in various publications and has spoken at conferences across the US and Europe. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.
Roberto Piccioni, CSP, CHMM, Affiliate
Roberto is an environment, health & safety (EHS) and sustainability professional working in industry since the mid 1980’s. Roberto has worked for Genentech, a biotech giant; Baxter International, a global healthcare products & therapies company; and Beckman Instruments, a medical device manufacturer. During his industry career, he has assumed increasingly complex EHS and sustainability roles and has had the opportunity to work on EHS solutions in a variety of countries in Europe, Central and South America as well as China and India. He coached and audited more than 25 different factories toward EHS regulatory compliance and management systems (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) integration while at Baxter and Genentech. In the last 10 years, he has spent an increasing amount of time working on sustainability issues. He has led sustainability integration efforts and external sustainability reporting techniques successfully at Baxter and Genentech. Mr. Piccioni completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Manufacturing Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management. Roberto is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), a RAB‐certified Environmental Management System Auditor, and a Lean / DMAIC Green Belt.

Jennifer Rice is the founder of Fruitful Strategy, a research-based consultancy that helps companies align sustainability and CSR with top-line revenue. Her career spans two decades of customer insight, brand/marketing strategy and customer experience. Jennifer has been recognized as a rapid and intuitive problem solver, a dynamic speaker and a get-it-done professional. She brings a global perspective, having managed strategy projects for businesses in the EU, Dubai and Southeast Asia. Consulting and corporate-side experience ranges from the Fortune 50 to smaller regional players across a range of industries including tech, hospitality and healthcare.

Jamie is President of Canopy Strategies and focuses on identifying programs that restore the environment, increase profitability, reduce risk, and improve brand value for large and small corporations. As a former World Champion and Red Bull athlete in Freestyle kayaking, Jamie has a deep connection to nature. Her goals include finding the intersection of nature and business, where they profit most, and delivering this unique intersection through her work in corporate social responsibility. Jamie is a Board member for Opportunity Green. She was the Director of Sustainability for Red Bull North America. Prior to her career in Sustainability, Jamie oversaw Sports Marketing Programs and Field Marketing for Red Bull. Jamie earned an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio School of Management in San Francisco.
Daniel Winokur, Affiliate
Daniel is a Strategic Sustainability Consultant with expertise in sustainable technologies, systems, and management practices. He has worked on a wide range of sustainability consulting initiatives, from implementing basic efficiencies to planning the structural integration of sustainability into the core of an enterprise. Much of his work has focused on quantifying the financial impact of sustainability, as well as addressing the challenges in communicating with and educating others about the benefits of sustainable management. Daniel has collaborated with clients of many sizes, from small machine shops to large corporations. Most recently, he worked with Red Bull of North America to reduce costs through better fleet management, renewable energy, waste reduction, efficiencies, and strategic integration. Daniel received an undergraduate degree in psychology from Wesleyan University, in Middletown, CT, and earned an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio School of Management in San Francisco.
Mike is the owner and founder of Wildlife Works, the world's first business designed from the ground up around a consumer brand that stands for wildlife conservation. Mike recently launched Wildlife Works Carbon to protect a wide range of native habitats by selling REDD credits to fund the jobs and infrastructure vital for stable local communities. His work includes managing Wildlife Works' activities in the US and Africa and overseeing investor relations. Mike has extensive experience as a management consultant, first working at Andersen Consulting, and then as a founder and CEO of Axiom Management Consulting, a leading US management consulting firm until its acquisition by Cambridge Technology Partners in 1995. Shepherding Axiom through its start-up phase, Mike honed his expertise in customer loyalty, brand building, just-in-time manufacturing and integrated supply chains, helping drive the company into a period of rapid growth. A visionary leader, Mike holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Birmingham University.
Slim Shekar, Advisor.
Slim has over 30 years of international experience in management, operations, consulting and venture capital with firms such as Siemens, Arthur D. Little, SRI International, and Bechtel Enterprises. As Managing Director of the Technology Ventures Group at Bechtel Enterprises, he was responsible for venture investments in Internet based technologies related to Bechtel's core businesses. Earlier, he was Managing Director for the Central European consulting division of Arthur D. Little and was also head of the firm's Strategy & Technology Management practice. At SRI International, he led the global manufacturing consulting division. Mr. Shekar spent the early part of his career with Siemens AG from 1966 to 1980 in International Operations and as General Manager of the Hydro Power Division, where he led the successful development and financial closing of hydro projects in Asia and Latin America. Mr. Shekar was called upon twice in his career to take on the role of interim CEO to turn-around two manufacturing companies and to divest them upon successful turn-around on behalf of their owners. Mr. Shekar holds a BA Degree from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana.
